The Albemarle Park Manor Grounds Association (APMGA) is incorporated as a 503(c)(3) organization, Tax ID 58-1889767. APMGA exists to "actively promote and facilitate the identification, preservation and documentation of the architecture, landscape architecture, and social and cultural history of Albemarle Park; to promote public awareness of these significant historic contributions to the development of Western North Carolina and to the history of architecture and landscape architecture in the United States; and to assist efforts to preserve and restore significant features, documents, buildings and objects pertaining to the architecture, landscape architecture, and social and economic history of Albemarle Park, for the benefit of all of the community of Asheville and Buncombe County."
